From Spain on the A709 :
take exit 29 Montpellier Est, then follow signs for Carnon - Les Plages.

By train

Montpellier Sud de France and Montpellier Saint‑Roch stations are located about 10 minutes from the apartment by rental car or taxi.

Public transport lines (tram and bus) provide connections between Carnon’s town centre and both SNCF stations.

A private transfer from Montpellier Sud de France Station or Montpellier Saint‑Roch Station can be arranged on request on the day of your arrival and departure.
